The Worker’s Comp Audit requires that we follow a process of authorization (you’re allowing us to act on your behalf with your insurance provider) and document collection. We provide a secure online portal to gather the documentation needed.
The Audit Process Once The Paperwork is Collected:
- Initial review typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time all policy documents are received
- If a refund is in order, a report will be rendered to you directly
- The Auditor will work directly with the client to get policy review and money back from the carrier
